1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 7–14 days of the delivery date

  • Product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

⚠️ Perishable items, opened consumables, and personal care products may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable:

  • Ready-to-eat meals and seafood (perishable)

  • Opened cosmetics or supplements

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Discounted clearance items (if marked as final sale)

If you receive a damaged or defective non-returnable item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Attach clear photos of the item if damaged or incorrect.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

📦 You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • If the item does not meet the return criteria, we will contact you to discuss next steps.

5. Exchanges

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

7. Canceling an Order

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement or before shipment (whichever comes first). To request a cancellation, email us at info@jejuhk.com.
